Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 15-20 working days. We work from Monday- Friday, excluding national holidays.

Products once purchased cannot be cancelled and will be shipped according to the above policy.

For all orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 5-8 business days for the rest of India.

If your order is received by someone else on your behalf, the order status will show delivered. If your address is a residential address, please check with your neighbours or security guard. If your address is non-residential, please check with the reception. If you think that is not the case, then please reach out to us via email (saga.kinjal@gmail.com).

If you wish to change your residential address and the order is already shipped, we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address. We will inform our courier partner to send the shipment back to us but in such a circumstance, the courier charge will be borne by you.

We are a team of two people, the founder and one tailor. The website has been created for the ease of delivery and we will try our best to provide tracking information, if not reach out to us via email (saga.kinjal@gmail.com) and we can help you out.
