How do I find my right size?At Saga, we believe that clothing should fit you and not the other way around. This is why we pride ourself in being a made-to-order slow fashion brand. If your fabulous measurements are not listed in our sizing chart, or if you need some tailoring adjustments, then please add your custom measurements including your: your bust (the fullest part of the bust) in inches your waist in inches your hips(fullest part of butt) in inches height in ft in the customisation box of the particular design and select "Custom" as your size. How long will shipping take?Saga is made to order. Your order is dispatched in 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will be updated of the status of your order once it has been shipped.

What is Your Returns and Exchanges Policy?We have a no-cancellation policy. Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled. Since all our garments are made-to-order, we do not provide refunds on any products sold. Once a product is sold, it can only be exchanged as a replacement in a bigger or a smaller size of the same design. If the product is out of stock, we can issue a gift card for you.
