We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange in the case of:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective items
Please read the policy below before placing an order.
Exchange Window
- You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Requests beyond 14 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, custom pieces, and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Garments that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
If the same item or size is not available, we will offer a credit note valid for future purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 12 hours of delivery at saga.kinjal@gmail.com with photos of the issue
- We’ll assist you with a replacement or exchange
Shipping Timelines
As a slow fashion brand, our standard delivery timeline is up to 14 business days from the date of order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- In case of a sizing exchange or damaged product, we will assist with pickup wherever possible.
- Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
